VINYASA + YIN YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Christine Cilley completed yoga instructor training in December 2023; and has now been practicing for over 10 years.

Christine began taking yoga to balance out her half-marathon training in Seattle, and kept going back even when the half-marathon was complete.

A combination of breathwork, strength, and flexibility kept her practicing. She finds the work on the yoga mat helps her in her everyday adventures.

Christine still considers herself a student with much to learn and enjoys practicing yoga. You can expect to find fun, Vinyasa + Yin-style classes focusing on balance, breathwork, and flexibility in her classes.
