Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Your training data stays on your phone. We run no servers for the GetRight Performance app, we create no accounts, and we do not sell or share your personal information. Ever.

2. What we collect

Nothing on our servers — because there are no servers. Everything you log in the app (workouts, test numbers, nutrition, goals, achievements) is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. Deleting the app deletes it.

3. Purchases

Programs are purchased on our website (getrightllc.com), which runs on Shopify, and unlocked in the app with a redeem code. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and is subject to Shopify's privacy policy. Nothing is sold inside the app.

4. AI Coach

The in-app AI Coach is powered by an Anthropic API key that you provide yourself. When you ask the Coach a question, that question is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's API and is subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. GetRight never sees your API key or your questions.

5. App updates & diagnostics

The app checks Expo's update servers for new versions, which involves a standard network request (device type, app version). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

6. Children

The app is for users 13 and older. Users aged 13–17 may use the app only with parent or guardian consent, collected during onboarding.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and in the app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new policy.
